At The WorkComp Advisory Group we believe that relationships begin with dialog then understanding and finally agreement. Each consulting relationship starts with our Agency Discovery Call (sm).
The Agency Discovery call is a 5 point process that provides Agency owners with an opportunity to identify potential Agency risks and threats and allows us, together, to determine if a future business relationship is appropriate.

The Agency Assessment addresses 4 key Agency categories, Sales-processes & skills, Technical Knowledge-strengths & limitations, Implementation Strategies-efficiencies & effectiveness and Client Development-attraction & retention.
The WorkComp Advisory Group team works with you to create your Agency's customized list of Agency priorities. If you choose to engage further, we will work with you to develop goals, action plans and implementation strategies.
