Frank Pennachio has been working with agents in educational community settings for
close to a decade.
Frank has personally trained over a thousand agents from Florida to Alaska. He has shared his workers' compensation technical knowledge with both new and experienced agents in workshop settings, symposiums and while conducting calls with his clients.
An avid reader and researcher, Frank believes that learning is a continual process. He is recognized as an expert and thought leader within the Workers' Compensation community and is most at home leading discussions and provoking others to grow professionally.
His appreciation for his fellow agents comes from his own experience as agency owner of WorkComp Partners in Bartow, Florida. Pennachio's agency has focused exclusively on workers' compensation for almost twenty years.
Published regularly, Frank is an accomplished presenter speaking at national conferences and seminars to agents, employers and other insurance professionals.
As co-founder of The WorkComp Advisory Group, Frank is responsible for curriculum development, leading WorkComp WorkShop training and facilitating agency and agent consulting services.
Susan Toussaint
has worked both in and around the workers' compensation system for over eight years. As a Regional Manager
for a multi-site hospital based occupational health clinic, Susan assisted employers with the development
of their injury management and wellness programs.
In 2007 Susan founded Injury Management Partners, a consulting firm specializing in the development of turn-key consulting packages that allow agents to develop employer relationships outside the broker of record.
As co-founder of The WorkComp Advisory Group, Susan is responsible for program and process development for both the organization and its members. In addition to her role as an agency consultant, Susan assists agency in the development to processes to improve efficiencies, outcomes and revenue.
